Instructions for the laying PDF Print E-mail
1. ARRANGE A PROVISIONAL SCAFFOLDING MADE UP OF AN UNBROKEN PLANKING SUITABLY SUPPORTED BY VERTICAL PROPS AND HORIZONTAL “ROMPITRATTA” (BEAM WHICH INTERRUPTS THE LENGTH OF A 4,5 METRE HIGHER FLOOR) ABLE TO SUPPORT THE CONCRETE STRUCTURE TILL ITS MATURATION.
2. ARRANGE A SUITABLE ELECTROSOLDERED NET PROPERLY MOVED AWAY FROM THE LOWER SLAB PLANKING.
 3. TEGOPLAST LAYING
Regarding the PARALLEL RIBBING FLOORS, lay the OPEN TEGOPLAST elements with supporting ends in parallel lines with a wheelbase of at least 50 cm and interposed to the ribbing having a section able to bear the excess of weight set by the calculations.

The laying is done following the direction indicated by the relief preprinted arrow on each element and to insert them one after the other.

At the two ends of each line the close right version element or the left one has to be inserted. In the end the whole planking has to be completed inserting special pieces as already specified in the INSTRUCTIONS.

FOR THE CONCRETE LAYING FLOORS USING PREFABRICATED JOISTS. Regarding the CROSSED RIBBING FLOOR, it is necessary to arrange the CLOSED TEGOPLASTS with the supporting ends, making an orthogonal chain with a pre-arranged wheelbase and with a ribbing section suitable to bear the overload set by the calculations.

5. CANALIZATION INSTALLATION
It is possible to allow the passage of technological systems through the setting of a corrugated pipe between the TEGOPLASTS as it has been previously described in the chapter CONCRETE FLOORS LAYING USING PREFABRICATED JOISTS.

7. MARK CASTING PINS LAYING
As the concrete casting is done, place in the suitable holes the MARK CASTING PINS of the desired height, according to the slab thickness, at least one each three TEGOPLAST.
In this way the planarity of the casting is granted to avoid useless concrete waste.
8. COMPLETION CONCRETE CASTING

In order to facilitate the self-levelling of the concrete during the casting stage of the lower slab, it is necessary to mix the concrete with a fluidifying additive.

It has to be done verifying the proper covering the irons of the armour, adopting the suitable spacers and making the concrete vibrate in order to limit the possible formation of empty spaces.

After the lower slab casting, go on with filling the beams, the full fasciae, the stringcourses, the ribbing and the upper slab, avoiding casting interruption.PRECAUTIONS TO OBSERVE DURING THE CASTING
The casting has always to be done on the top of the TEGOPLAST, in correspondence of the main longitudinal rib to avoid the concrete direct push on the TEGOPLASTS lateral sides, in order to avoid their movement.

9. THE TAKE DOWN OF THE SUPPORTING SCAFFOLDING
This operation has to happen when the concrete will reach the needed resistance.
10. FLOOR INTRADOS FINISHING THROUGH THE TRIMMING OF A PLASTER SUBTLE LAYER.

Specifications

Inclined or flat floor support structure, ... high, made of pre-stressed or reinforced concrete rafters and TEGOPLAST modular and plastic-recycled elements – including the plug closures to place at the ends of the lines, other devices such as temporary plug closures and similar.
Installed in an interfloor gap not above 3.5 mt high, it is endowed with parallel ribs, iron cast reinforcement, installation frame (to be paid extra), joists, concrete to fill up the rafters and the upper concrete slab, including frames.
