Floors
TEGOPLAST CAN BE USED TO BUILD UP SEVERAL TYPES OF LIGHT FLOORS MADE OF REINFORCED CONCRETE:
  • With prefabricated reinforced concrete or pre-stressed concrete rafters (Bausta)
  • With reinforced concrete slab (predalle)
  • With reinforced concrete by means of parallel or crossed rib casting
  • With iron H beams or IPE beams

The calculation system related to the different types of floors is referred to the Italian regulation:

Charts of comparison of the total weight between some floors typologies made with TEGOPLAST and other traditional products


Charts 1,2,3, and 4, reproduce the total weight value of some floors typologies which are mainly used in the building industry to make buildings in reinforced concrete structures or in bearing wall. The afore mentioned charts highlight the difference between the floors made with TEGOPLAST and the other traditional products.
For the comparison, similar dimensional characteristics, concrete use and structural elements such as (rafters, trellises, predalle and iron beams) have been taken into consideration.
