For the laying of the Floors with trellises (bausta) apply same laying instruction of floors with reinforced concrete rafters | 1. PILING OF REINFORCED CONCRETE RAFTERS AND TRELLISES (BAUSTA)
In the first stage the rafters are distanced between them placing, at the two extremities, a Tegoplast element so to obtain a correct parallelism among them.
| 2. LAYING OF THE ARTÈ SYSTEM ELEMENTS
Once you placed all the rafters, the worker, near one of the extremity, will insert gradually all the open TEGOPLAST, without drilling them, and following the direction of the arrows present on each element.
The worker will fix them one after the other making them sliding till the line is completed. At the end of each line TEGOPLAST has to be inserted in the close version on the right or on the left or, alternatively, a plug can be applied to the OPEN TEGOPLAST to avoid the concrete overflowing during the laying stage.
During the casting stage it is advisable to let the TEGOPLAT coincide transversally respect to the hole specularly carved in order to insert crops of wrinkled pipe useful for the passage of the systems.
If it was necessary to make transversal stiffening ribbings and/or depressed zones, they can be made inserting special pieces (shorter TEGOPLAST with a 25 cm length) and PARTIAL PLUGS for the lateral closings among the different TEGOPLAST heights. | ACCESSORIES LAYINGLONGITUDINAL RISE The longitudinal rise is necessary to level the TEGOPLAST when the support is between the joist and the boarding of a beam with a difference of level of 1,5 cm.
JUNCTION ELEMENT When a longitudinal cut of the TEGOPLAST is needed in order to reduce its width and adapt it to the minor wheelbase between the rafters, the use of a LONGITUDINAL JUNCTION will allow to reassemble the two lateral parts. | 3. CANALIZATION INSTALLATION TEGOPLAST lateral sides, and the empty space under it, have made possible to install canalizations through crops of wrinkled pipe with a diameter of 40 mm, both in a transversal and longitudinal way. These canalizations are useful to allow the transit of the electrical, water and heating equipments. | 4. SUPPLEMENTARY AND DISTRIBUTION ARMOUR
This stage foresees the disposition of the upper ARMOUR in the ribbings, opportunely measured and anchored to the main beam.
Afterward, it is necessary to lay the distribution armour made up of an electrosoldered net, and to lay on the TEGOPLASTS which, thanks to the projecting rib (indicated by the arrow on the side), equally distances the afore mentioned armour without the need of spacers, and this grants a suitable absorption in the concrete. | 5. FINISHING CONCRETE CASTING
The casting has to be done in suitable hydrothermal conditions. The wetting of the TEGOPLASTS is not necessary before the casting (as, on the contrary happens for the bricks), as being waterproof they do not absorb the concrete mixing water thus allowing the optimal hydration, it does not weaken it improving its workability and facilitating the recovering of the armour irons.
During the casting the concrete vibration is needed so to limit as much as possible the formation of empty spaces.
Begin the casting starting from the beams, following filled stripes, stringcourses, ribbings and the upper slab, avoiding an interruption in the casting.
| 6. PLACING OF THE PEG MARKING THE CONCRETE CASTING LEVEL
As the concrete casting is done, place in the proper holes the mark casting pins of the desired height, according to the slab thickness, at least one every three TEGOPLAST.
The casting homogeneity is guaranteed thus avoiding concrete useless waste. | 7. TIE-BEAMS LAYING TO SUSTAIN THE SUPPORTING METAL STRUCTURE FOR THE FALSE CEILING
Possible tie-beams can be put before the casting for false ceilings detached from the floor intrados simply drilling the TEGOPLAST.
| 8. DISMANTLING OF THE PLANK SUPPORTING STRUCTURE
| 9. INTRADOS FINAL FINISHING The floor intrados has to be closed after placing the technological systems. The closing can be done with every kind of false ceiling.
The supporting metal structure can be anchored directly to the floor intrados or suspended with tie-beams already arranged during the casting stage or anchored subsequently.
Suitable thermal-insulation panels have to be interposed upon the false ceiling in order to guarantee an effective thermo-acoustic protection to avoid the “termoforesi” (to avoid the condensation along the beams due to a difference of temperature between cold/warm) or the ceiling cracking phenomenon which appears frequently on the intrados in concrete and masonry with plaster floors. |
